A 2008 Peconic Bay Vineyard's Merlot is
used to produce a powerful sorbet, with a
burst of flavor on your first spoonful. Red
seedless grapes add to the intensity of the taste and provide a fresh texture to the palate.

A 2011 Sauvignon Blanc, from Peconic Bay
Vineyards, is frozen into a crisp sparkling
texture to refreshing dessert, with the light, 
fruity taste of the wine slowly coming to the
forefront.
